A case of gang rape of a minor came to light in Bahadarabad police station area of ​​Haridwar. The police has exposed this case. In this case, the police have arrested six accused including the lover and his mother. While three accused including the husband of the accused village head are still absconding.

Somehow, when the girl managed to come to her lover, he got angry and beat her in his house, then took her to the highway and threw her in front of a vehicle. So that the murder could be shown as an accident.

Revealing the case, the SSP said that on the night of June 23, the girl’s acquaintance Nitin called her to meet him. Accused Nitin, along with his friends, had already made a plan to gang rape her. When the girl reached to meet them, Nitin and Nikhil took her from Shivganga Vihar Tiraha on a bike. After which Tushar alias Bhola and his friend Mausam met them further on the highway.

Then they took the minor to Bongla bypass road. Here everyone drank beer. After this they took the minor to Harki Pauri and then coming back Nitin and Nikhil raped her at a deserted place on the road going to Rohalki. Tushar and Mausam were also about to rape her but ran away from there on hearing someone coming. They threatened to kill the minor if she told anyone about this and left her near the house late at night and ran away.

The lover pushed her in front of an unknown vehicle

SSP Pramod Singh Dobal said that when the lover reached Amit Saini’s house while controlling herself, her mother, sister and father were also at home. When she told Amit Saini about the gang rape, he got angry and beat her badly. After this he drove her out of the house. While leaving the house, the minor’s head hit the iron gate and she got injured.

When the minor was going, Amit thought of getting rid of her and followed her. He caught her on the way and brought her near Patanjali Research Institute on Delhi Haridwar Highway with the intention of killing her. Here, taking advantage of the darkness, he pushed the minor in front of an unknown vehicle, due to which she died. After which he fled from there.

Everything was known, yet the Pradhanpati hid the secret

The accused lover informed his cousin Pradhanpati Aditya Raj Saini about this. The next day of the incident, the girl’s mother went to Pradhanpati Aditya Raj Saini. But Aditya Raj Saini, despite knowing everything, hid this from her and misled her and advised her not to go to the police. He also assured her to investigate at his level. But she did not give any information to the police about this. The accused in this case, Pradhanpati Aditya Raj Saini and Mit’s father Madanpal Saini, his sister Ruby Saini are still absconding.
