The government has made transfers in the Higher Education Department. The Registrars and Deputy Registrars of many universities have been changed. The Vice Chancellors and Deputy Registrars of Doon University, Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna University as well as many other universities have been changed.

Transfers have been made in the Higher Education Department. The Registrar of Doon University has been made the Registrar of Kumaon University Nainital. Along with this, the Vice Chancellor of Sri Dev Suman University has been made the Vice Chancellor of Doon University.
