Uttarakhand: Case filed against unemployed union president Bobby Pawar, accused of vandalism and assault

President of Berojgar Sangh, Bobby Panwar and many other boys have been accused of breaking into Defence Dreamers and vandalising, abusing, assaulting and using abusive language with female employees. A case has been registered in this matter at Raipur Police Station. The video of the fight that took place in the college is also going viral on social media. Police is also identifying the unknown accused seen in the video.

The victim has lodged a complaint that she is an employee of Doon Defence Dreamers. Sandeep Tamta, Ashish Negi, Bobby Panwar and other unknown people broke into Doon Defence Dreamers and vandalised, abused and assaulted. They also molested the female employees of Doon Defence Dreamers and used abusive language. A case has been registered in Raipur Police Station in this regard. In the investigation of the case so far, many evidences have been obtained along with the statement of the witness.

On confirmation of molestation and rioting and the proceedings of evidence collection, the allegations against the named accused Bobby Panwar and others were confirmed. Different footage of the incident which have been obtained from different sources have been included in the investigation. The CCTV footage and DVR obtained from the spot have been sent to FSL Dehradun for forensic investigation.

Raipur police station in-charge Manoj Mainwal said that the accused Babi Panwar was summoned to Raipur police station for action. He appeared at Raipur police station today. He has recorded his statement. Along with this, a legal notice has been served to the accused instructing him to follow the conditions of section 41 (a) CrPC. Other accused have also been summoned for statements in the investigation. Other unknown accused are also being identified.
