Uttarakhand BJP will get a new state president in November, till then the command will remain in Bhatt’s hands

The state BJP will get its new president in the month of November. On the instructions of the central leadership, the party has prepared the outline of the organizational elections. The election program was approved in the meeting of the extended state working committee held in Dehradun. The process of organizational elections will start from the month of August, which will conclude with the election of the national president in December.
According to party sources, the membership campaign of the party in the state will start from August 1 and will continue till August 15. The active membership campaign will start from August 16 to August 30. The verification campaign of active members will be run from October 1 to 15. The election process will begin after the membership campaign is over. Elections of Mandal presidents will be held from November 1. This election process will continue till November 15.
Elections of district presidents will be held between November 16 and November 30. During this time, a new state president will also be elected. The election of the national president will be held in the month of December. Party sources say that in a day or two the party will appoint state chief and co-chiefs to conduct the membership campaign. The membership campaign will be conducted under their supervision.
Bhatt will remain in command till November
The command of the BJP President in the state will remain in the hands of MP Mahendra Bhatt. Bhatt has been elected as a member of the Rajya Sabha. Since his election, discussions have been heated within the party about the new state president. Some names have also been discussed for the state president. But it has become clear to a large extent that Mahendra Bhatt will handle the reins of the organization till the election process is completed by the month of November.
