Uttarakhand: Now hawkers will be issued identity cards, showing them will be mandatory

After the instructions of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Directorate of Urban Development has come into action. Now it has been decided that identity cards will be issued for hawkers in the state. These identity cards will also have to be compulsorily displayed by the hawkers. The Directorate of Urban Development has issued a letter to all the Municipal Commissioners and Executive Officers.

Now identity cards will be issued to hawkers

Identity cards will soon be provided to hawkers in Uttarakhand. On the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Directorate of Urban Development has issued a letter to all the Municipal Commissioners, Executive Officers of the state in this regard and directed them to collect the details of hawkers and hawkers and issue identity cards and compulsorily display them on the cart and phad.

Urban Development Director Nitin Singh Bhadoria has issued a letter to the Municipal Commissioners and Executive Officers of all the municipal bodies and has asked them to collect details of the urban hawkers working in their area to display their identity on their carts and handcarts.

Showing the identity card will be mandatory

The identity card will contain the code, name, address and photo of the hawker along with the name of any family member, category (fixed or movable) and the hawking area where the identity card owner has permission for a fixed or movable cart along with details of the validity of the permission. It will be mandatory to show this identity card.
