Uttarakhand: Students protested demanding increase in seats in Bajpur College, warned of going on hunger strike

There is growing resentment among the students over the demand for increasing seats for admission of students in Bajpur College. Due to which, the agitated student union secretary Adarsh Kumar has started a gradual hunger strike along with other students and has warned of hunger strike if the demand is not met.

Let us tell you that there is anger among the students due to the non-fulfillment of the demand for increasing additional seats for admission of students in Bajpur Government Post Graduate College. Due to this, the students reached the college under the leadership of student union secretary Adarsh Kumar. Where the students started a gradual hunger strike in the college and staged a sit-in and demanded to increase the seats in the college.
Warning of sitting on hunger strike
The agitated students have warned of starting a hunger strike from Tuesday if the demand is not met. At the same time, student union secretary Adarsh Kumar said that memorandums have been given several times demanding increase in seats. But the seats are not being increased. He said that if the demand is not met, then they will be forced to sit on hunger strike from Tuesday.
