Uttarakhand: Chief Secretary held a meeting on development works in Nainital, directed the officers to make the government schemes reach every section of the society

Uttarakhand Chief Secretary Radha Raturi reached Nainital on Saturday, October 5. During this, Radha Raturi said that a meeting was held with the officials in Nainital regarding the making of strict land laws in Uttarakhand. A strict land law is being made under the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. The lands of those who have taken land in Uttarakhand in the recent past will also be investigated.

Chief Secretary Radha Raturi said that there should not be any kind of injustice with the local people of Uttarakhand due to the land law. No outsider can occupy the lands of Uttarakhand. Justice should be done to all the people and legal action can be taken, a meeting was held with the officials in Nainital regarding all these subjects. During this, their suggestions were also taken.

The government’s stand is clear regarding the domicile

Chief Secretary Radha Raturi said that a strong land law will be made in the state on the basis of the opinion of all the people. So that the interests of the citizens of Uttarakhand can be protected. During this, the Chief Secretary said that whoever is a native of Uttarakhand will be given a domicile certificate, whoever is a permanent resident will be given a permanent residence certificate. The government’s stand on domicile is clear.

Nainital’s model on women’s safety will be implemented in the entire state

During the meeting, the Chief Secretary said that Nainital district is doing the best work in Uttarakhand regarding women’s safety. The model of women’s safety prepared by Nainital district will be implemented in the entire state.

A campaign will be run against illegal drugs

During the meeting, the Chief Secretary has instructed the officials to curb the rapidly increasing trend of drug addiction in Uttarakhand. Along with this, Chief Secretary Radha Raturi inspected the handicraft stalls set up by the women self-help group at the Uttarakhand Administrative Academy.
