A dog was seen walking on top of the Great Pyramid of Giza, a paraglider shared the video, people were stunned to see it

Paramotorist Alex Lang made a shocking discovery while flying over the Great Pyramid of Giza, the largest of Egypt’s 118 pyramids. Tourists often take paragliding tours as climbing these monuments is prohibited. Alex Lang felt some movement at the top of the ancient structure. He found a dog chasing birds on top of the pyramid. It was not immediately clear how the dog got there or came down.

This surprising sight has stunned many social media users, as climbing the Great Pyramid is strictly prohibited due to conservation and safety concerns. The dog’s unaided climb has filled people online with curiosity. An X user wrote, “Now it’s his pyramid. He conquered it.” Another user jokingly wrote, “Sometimes you have to climb the highest hill and bark at some birds, man.” The third wrote, “Not a dog. He’s the Egyptian god Anubis. They are believed to be the guides of the dead to the afterlife and protectors of tombs, hence the reason it’s on top of the pyramid.” A fourth user wrote, “Those blocks are huge. It’s hard for a dog to climb. I’m not sure.”
