Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Barber molested a girl, locals got angry and vandalized the salon
A case of molestation of a girl has come to light in Dehradun. After which the angry people vandalized the salon. The villagers caught the accused youth and handed him over to the police.
Young man from a special community molested the girl
The incident happened on Thursday evening. According to the information, a young man from a special community who runs a salon in Nunna Wala of Doiwala molested the girl who had gone to the salon. After protesting, the girl came out from there. The girl informed the people around about this. After which there is anger among the local people. Angry villagers reached the salon and vandalized it. After which the accused youth was caught and handed over to the police.
Anger among local people
The accused youth is originally from Muzaffarnagar. The villagers allege that outsiders are spoiling the atmosphere of the area. The villagers have demanded the police to run a campaign against such people. Regarding the matter, CO Abhinay Kumar said that verification of outsiders is being done. Action will be taken against those who are living in the area illegally. The CO has appealed to everyone that no one should keep a tenant without verification. There is anger among the local people after the incident.
