According to the information received, Patwari Devendra Singh Bora posted in Kafligair Tehsil has been arrested by the Vigilance team while taking a bribe of one thousand. It is being told that Vigilance has taken this step while taking action on the complaint of the complainant.

Money was demanded for mutation of land
The Vigilance team had received a complaint that Patwari Devendra Singh Bora had demanded two thousand rupees in lieu of getting the mutation of land done. The complainant complained about the bribe demanded by the Patwari on the toll free number 1064 of the Vigilance Department. After which the matter was investigated in which the matter was found to be true. After which a trap team was formed and the Patwari was arrested.
