Uttar Pradseh: Yogi government is going to establish a new city on Yamuna Expressway, know who will get the benefit

Yogi government is going to establish a new city on Yamuna Expressway. This city will be established on the lines of a hi-tech city. It will not only have facilities for the people but will also create new employment opportunities. For this city being established in Mathura, Yamuna Authority has got approval from the UP government for Master-2031 for Raya Urban Center for Phase-2 expansion. This city will be spread over about 11,653.76 hectares.
These facilities will be available
Raya Urban Center will be established to develop all types of sectors including industrial, residential, commercial, office, mixed. In this, priority will be given to residential sectors. Its main objective will be to promote tourism. Under this, 1520.21 hectares of land has been reserved for the development of tourism. This will be about 13 percent of the total area of this city. Apart from this, there will be green area in 1046.48 hectares which will be about 9 percent of the total area.
- Residential- 2216.25 hectares
- Tourism development- 1520.51 hectares
- Commercial- 701.68 hectares
- Parks and playgrounds- 586.87 hectares
- River front development- 505.65 hectares

Let us tell you that soon the land acquisition will start by the authority. The Yamuna Expressway is preparing to establish a new city around Raya, Tappal-Bajna and Agra. This will benefit the people living in districts like Mathura, Agra, Aligarh, Palwal, Bulandshahr etc. New job opportunities will be created. Industrial development will also get wings.
