Uttarakhand: Police did an encounter in the forest of Shahdaura, a criminal got shot in the leg

Pulbhatta police has arrested an accused of firing on the forest department team in Nanakmatta area after an encounter in Shahdaura. Whose treatment is going on in the hospital. On getting information about the case, SSP Manikant Mishra interrogated the miscreant injured in the encounter and gathered many important information in the case.
Police did encounter in the forest of Shahdaura
During the raid of the forest department in village Kaithuliya of Thana Nanakmatta area of Udham Singh Nagar district, some smugglers attacked the team of Forest Range Ransali and fired. In which a forest guard was injured. In this case, the forest department had registered a case against the smugglers under several serious sections.
Showing seriousness in the case, SSP Manikant Mishra had formed police teams and instructed to arrest the criminals. After which two named accused were arrested by the police teams. But one accused was absconding. Police has also arrested the third accused after a lot of search.
The accused is a resident of Nanakmatta
According to the information, the police received information late night that another accused wanted in the incident had escaped from the jungles. On which the police team tried to stop the accused running in the jungle of Shahdaura of Pulbhatta police station area. It is being told that the accused fired at the police team with a pistol with the intention of killing them.
On which the police team retaliated and one accused got injured by the bullet. He has been identified as Jaspal Singh alias Jasvir Singh alias Jassa son of Santa Singh resident of village Tukdi Nanakmatta. He has been admitted to the hospital in an injured condition.
