Uttarakhand CM Dhami met Union Minister Shekhawat, discussed promoting religious places in the state

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday met Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and discussed promoting the state’s religious places, adventure tourism, eco-tourism and cultural heritage.

Chief Minister Dhami posted on his official handle, “Met Union Minister of Culture and Tourism @gssjodhpurji at the official residence. On this occasion, wished him and congratulated him on the festival of lights, Deepawali.” He said, “Discussions were held with him regarding promoting the state’s religious places, adventure tourism, eco-tourism and cultural heritage at the national and international level. Along with this, requested the Union Minister for cooperation from the Center to develop infrastructure in view of the increasing population in the state.”

Had a cordial meeting with CM Dhami

Union Minister Gajendra Shekhawat also posted on his handle and had a cordial meeting with CM Dhami. Shekhawat said, “Today I had a cordial meeting with Uttarakhand Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami ji. He is a visionary. He has an effective roadmap for the development of Devbhoomi.” He said, “As always, there was a positive discussion with him on public interest issues related to the state and the centre. There is no lack of coordination in the double engine government.”
