In Uttarakhand, Naib Tehsildars will have to pass the exam again, they will return to training from posting

For the first time in the history of Uttarakhand, after deployment, Naib Tehsildars will have to return for training again. Not only this, after training, there will be an examination of Naib Tehsildars. Only after passing this examination, they will be given posting after 2 months.

Strange spectacle in Uttarakhand

In fact, after the previous training, many trainee Naib Tehsildars had failed in the examination. Despite this, they were given posting then. When the matter reached the Revenue Council, not only were the Naib Tehsildars ordered to return for training, but shortly after the matter, the Executive Director of the Training Center was also removed from here and kept on compulsory waiting.

Deployment was given even after failing

The case of Naib Tehsildars failing during training in Uttarakhand is surprising everyone. In fact, despite the trainee Naib Tehsildars failing in the Revenue Police and Land Records Survey Training Institute located in Almora, they were given posting in various districts. However, the then Executive Director of the Training Institute, Shreesh Kumar, had informed the Revenue Council about the failure of the trainee Naib Tehsildars. Along with this, many such serious things were also written in this letter, which were raising questions on the training of the trainee Naib Tehsildars.

Naib Tehsildars will have to return to training again

The Revenue Council has taken a decision in the matter and has given instructions to the Naib Tehsildars posted in the districts to return to training. Now once again these Naib Tehsildars will have to undergo 2 months of training in the training institute. Along with this, various examinations will also have to be passed as per the process of the training institute. Now Naib Tehsildars will again be seen undergoing training for two months in the training institute from December 1.

The then Executive Director Shreesh Kumar was also removed

The then Executive Director of the Training Institute, Shreesh Kumar, also wrote many serious things in the letter regarding the trainee Naib Tehsildars. It was made clear in the letter that the conduct of 35 trainee Naib Tehsildars out of a batch of 36 was not satisfactory during the training. These trainee Naib Tehsildars did not even prepare notes during the training. It was also mentioned in the letter that they were busy on mobile phones in class and many training Tehsildars scored less than the prescribed standard in 4 to 11 subjects. The special thing is that after this matter came to light, Executive Director Shreesh Kumar was also relieved from the Training Institute. He was put on compulsory waiting. However, the reason for his removal has not been officially clarified.

The command of the training institute was given to the officer who took VRS

The new thing in the case is that the officer who has been made the executive director after removing Shreesh Kumar from the training institute had taken voluntary retirement long ago. Everyone is surprised about his return in this way. CS Doval, who suddenly returned after taking VRS, is now working on the post of executive director.

Many trainee Naib Tehsildars selected for PCS

The then Executive Director Shreesh Kumar had written this letter to the Revenue Council on July 25, in which it was also written that instead of 4 and a half months of training, they had taken only 31 days of training. On the other hand, the big thing is that on one hand the trainee Naib Tehsildars could not pass the examination in the training institute, on the other hand, 15 of these trainee Naib Tehsildars passed the PCS examination and got selected for PCS. In such a situation, 12 to 15 trainee Naib Tehsildars can leave from here due to PCS selection.

During posting, many Naib Tehsildars were given the responsibility of in-charge Tehsildar

There is a shortage of Tehsildars in Uttarakhand. Therefore, these officers who became Naib Tehsildars in direct recruitment through Public Service Commission were also made in-charge Tehsildars as soon as they got posting. However, after receiving the letter from the Executive Director regarding training, they were removed from the post of in-charge Tehsildar from all the districts on the instructions of the Revenue Council. At that time, the Executive Director had clarified that these Naib Tehsildars should not be given any important responsibility and they should be given training again.
