At least 38 people were killed on Wednesday in an Israeli attack against the terrorist group Hezbollah around the eastern city of Baalbek in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. Beirut Governor Bachir Khodr told X that 38 people were killed and 54 injured in about 40 Israeli attacks on the Baalbek-Hermel governorate. The Israeli army has not commented.
At the same time, the Israel Defense Forces said on Wednesday morning that Hezbollah commander Hussein Abd al-Halim Harb, who carried out a rocket attack on the northern Israeli city of Metula, was killed in an airstrike in southern Lebanon. Along with this, a court in northwestern Iran has sentenced four people to death for spying for Israel. However, it has not been informed which country the accused belong to.

More than 100 patients to be evacuated from Gaza
More than 100 patients, including children, from the Palestinian territory during the Israel-Hamas war will be transferred out of the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, a World Health Organization official said.
