Uttarakhand: Police issued notice to Bobby Pawar in IAS officer controversy case, statement will be recorded within 24 hours

Bobby Panwar is in deep trouble in the case of misbehavior with IAS officer Meenakshi Sundaram. In this episode, the investigating officer has issued a notice to Bobby Panwar and asked him to record his statement within 24 hours. Actually, Harsh Arora, Sub Inspector of Dhara Chowki, has issued a notice to Bobby Pawar and asked him to come to the police station so that his statement can be recorded. In the notice, he has been asked to appear at Kotwali Nagar police station on 9 November 2024. During this, it has also been clarified that if Bobby Panwar does not reach the police station to present his side, then legal action will be taken considering his unwillingness to present his side in the matter.

On social media, Bobby Panwar has written that if the right thing had been registered in the FIR in this entire episode, then he would not have needed to give a statement. Bobby Panwar also wrote that the CCTV camera present in the officer’s cabin is a witness to the incident and this video should be released.
Bobby Panwar and others accused of indecency
Uttarakhand Berojgar Sangh president Bobby Panwar and others have been accused of entering the room of IAS officer R Meenakshi Sundaram in the secretariat and abusing and threatening him. Not only this, there is also an allegation of assaulting his staff. In the case, Energy Secretary IAS R Meenakshi Sundaram has alleged that on November 6, 3 youths including Bobby Panwar entered the office of the Energy Secretary in the Secretariat and misbehaved with him. Also, his personal secretaries were pushed and shoved.
Bobby Panwar has given clarification
On the other hand, Bobby Panwar also gave clarification in the case by going live on Facebook. Bobby Panwar said that he had gone to Energy Secretary Meenakshi Sundaram to ask for a copy of the order regarding extension of service to MD UPCL Anil Yadav, but he was spoken to in wrong words. Not only this, Bobby had also said in his clarification that a month ago he had given all the evidence of MD UPCL Anil Yadav being involved in corruption to the Energy Secretary, but no action was taken on his complaint. Rather, MD UPCL Anil Yadav was given an extension of service.
Today the employees of the Secretariat boycotted work for half a day
At the same time, when the matter caught fire, the Secretariat Association announced a half-day work boycott. Along with this, the IAS Association has also come forward in the matter. In the letter issued under the signature of Secretary Dilip Jawalkar, strict action was demanded against Bobby Panwar. Along with this, the IAS Association submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami.
