Uttarakhand: CM Dhami wished the people of the state on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti and Kartik Purnima

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti and Kartik Purnima. In his message issued on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Guru of Sikhism, has inspired us to follow the path of truth, justice and humanity. He said that Guru Nanak Ji made people aware through his teachings and education to remove the evils of the society. The teachings of Guru Nanak Ji also inspire us to promote brotherhood, harmony and unity in the society.

The Chief Minister said that Guru Nanak Dev Ji made tireless efforts to remove discrimination, animosity in the society. His teachings are still relevant and are guiding the society. Human welfare has been wished in his teachings. The Chief Minister appealed to the people of the state that on this auspicious occasion, we have to take a pledge to imbibe the messages of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and participate in human welfare and the progress of the country and the state.
