Uttarakhand: Efforts to make Sarkot village an ideal village are intensified, DM held a meeting and gave these instructions

The exercise to make Sarkot village in Gairsain block of Chamoli as Mukhyamantri Adarsh ​​Gram has intensified. On Monday, DM gave instructions to implement departmental schemes at district level to make Sarkot an Adarsh ​​Gram in a planned manner.

All officers will visit Sarkot village

As per the order of District Magistrate Sandeep Tiwari, all officers will visit Sarkot village and will soon start preparing departmental action plan. Along with all basic facilities and services, social security will also be provided to all eligible people in Adarsh ​​Gram Sarkot.

All facilities will be provided to ex-servicemen

Sarkot is a soldier dominated village and all facilities will be provided to ex-servicemen. There is also a provision of providing social pension to 100 percent people in the village. Tourism department has been instructed to register home stays in the village and UREDA has been instructed to install solar lights in the village.

Instructions given to connect all families with Har Ghar Jal Yojana

Panchayat department has been asked to prepare a proposal for improvement of roads and construction of community toilets in the village from MNREGA. Along with this, Jal Nigam and Jal Sansthan have been asked to ensure water connection to every household of all the families in the village. The health department has been instructed to organize camps in the village to make Ayushman and Divyang cards as well as conduct health checkups of all the people.
