Big setback to Maha Vikas Aghadi in Maharashtra, Samajwadi Party will separate from MVA, Abu Azmi made a big announcement

Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) has suffered a major setback in Maharashtra. Samajwadi Party has decided to exit MVA. Abu Azmi, the state president of Samajwadi Party in Maharashtra, has made a big announcement in this regard. Abu Azmi said that we have left Maha Vikas Aghadi. We were insulted in MVA and we also tolerated that. But after losing the election, Uddhav Thackeray is now carrying the agenda of Hindutva. 6 December is celebrated as Babri demolition anniversary. We cannot tolerate this. We cannot remain in MVA. Akhilesh Yadav will also agree with me.

Abu Azmi spoke bluntly

On MVA MLAs not taking oath today citing EVM issue, Maharashtra Samajwadi Party chief Abu Azmi says what do we have to do with it. I also suggest that if people suspect that EVMs are tampered with, then everyone should come together and remove it from the election.

SP MLA Raees Sheikh said this

Actually, the MLAs of MVA did not take oath as MLA today alleging EVM rigging. But both the MLAs of Samajwadi Party, Abu Azmi and Raees Sheikh, who contested the elections with MVA, took oath as MLA. SP MLAs say that it seems that MVA is a coalition of only three parties. Small parties are not being respected. That’s why we have decided that we will not be a part of MVA. SP MLA Raees Sheikh said that we were not given any information from MVA that we will not take oath today.

Said this on atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh

Abu Azmi said that the Bharatiya Janata Party should definitely protest against the atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh, but the atrocities on Muslims in India, mosques are being demolished, Muslims are being beaten up… BJP should also talk about that.

At the same time, Shiv Sena UBT leader Aditya Thackeray said that today we have decided that our (Shiv Sena UBT) winning MLAs will not take oath. If this was the people’s mandate, people would have been happy and celebrated, but people did not celebrate this victory anywhere. We have doubts on EVMs.
