Congress State President Karan Mahara said that this is a period of introspection for the Congress party. Congress party had a lot of expectations from the municipal corporations. Karan Mahara said that according to the NCRB report, Uttarakhand ranks first in cases of crimes against women among the 9 Himalayan states.
