Harish Rawat ‘fired’ over strict land law
Former CM Harish Rawat has written a post on his social media. In which he has praised the youth demanding strict land law. He says that their struggle has left the opposition behind. Apart from this, he has also made serious allegations against the BJP government of giving protection to some influential people. Also said that when everything will be looted, then the BJP government will bring the land law.
Actually, Harish Rawat has shared a post. In which he has written, ‘Strict land law, friends, you have left the opposition behind in this struggle. But the BJP government will bring strict land law only when everything will be looted. These vested interests regarding land in Uttarakhand are very powerful. They have the protection of big influential people who are in the government and outside the government.’
Harish Rawat has further written, ‘Now those people have also found some more new ways to grab the land here. Our own people, for whose future you are worried, are also becoming a part of this dangerous game.’ In this way, Harish Rawat has targeted by making many serious allegations. On the other hand, the Mool Niwas Bhoomi Kanoon Samanvay Sangharsh Samiti is continuously raising its voice for strict land law. Not only this, rallies have also been taken out in many parts of the state.
CM Pushkar Dhami has made this claim
It is worth noting that recently Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami had talked about bringing strict land law during the upcoming assembly budget session in a press conference. Along with this, a list of whoever has bought 250 square meters of land outside the municipal corporation area by keeping the rules aside is being prepared.
At the same time, if any work is being done other than those who have bought agricultural land, then their details are being prepared. After the details are prepared, all such cases that come to light, all those related lands will be vested in the state government. At the same time, Forest Minister Subodh Uniyal has also said that the people of the state should preserve their ancestral land and not sell it.
