Uttarakhand: MLA Tilak Raj Behad broke the smart prepaid meter by throwing it and scolded the employees
Employees who went to install smart prepaid electricity meters in Kichha of Udham Singh Nagar had to face opposition from MLA Tilak Raj Behad. MLA Behad not only scolded the employees. In fact, today the anger of Congress MLA Tilak Raj Behad reached the seventh sky on the installation of smart prepaid meters in the houses of Shankar Farm area of Kichha. He scolded the employees who came to install the meters. Also, MLA Behad, fuming with anger, broke some smart prepaid meters by throwing them on the ground. He called the smart prepaid meter a blood sucker of the poor.

Kichha MLA Tilak Raj Behad had received information that the contractor is taking action to install smart prepaid electricity meters in Shankar Farm located in Kichha Assembly. On which the villagers protested. The villagers alleged that they are being threatened that if smart prepaid meters are not installed, a fine of ₹10,000 will be imposed. A case will also be registered.
Smart prepaid meters were broken by throwing them on the road
As soon as this information was received, MLA Tilak Raj Behad immediately reached the spot. Where he caught the employees installing smart prepaid meters in the village itself and scolded them fiercely. MLA Behad did not stop here, he got angry and took out the smart prepaid meters from the box and broke them by throwing them on the road.

Kichha MLA Tilak Raj Behad said that wherever there is opposition to installing smart prepaid meters, meters will not be allowed to be installed at any cost. They will not be allowed to suck the blood of any poor person. Wherever there will be opposition, Tilak Raj Behad will reach there and stand with them. Today he has broken the meters in protest against this. If a case is filed against him, he is ready.
