A new teaser of ‘Kannappa’ has been released and it gives a very cute glimpse of Vishnu Manchu, Akshay Kumar, Prabhas, Kajal Aggarwal and Mohanlal. The teaser was released on Saturday. The clip shows the story of Thinnadu, a fearless warrior who goes through tough times to become a disciple of Lord Shiva. The over a minute long teaser introduces Vishnu Manchu as Thinnadu, a fearless warrior.
The teaser further shows that as he faces the realities of war and loses his soldiers, he starts questioning his faith. The story of the film revolves around a devotee of Lord Shiva.

‘Kannappa’ is a mythological drama film inspired by the story of Kannappa, a devotee of Lord Shiva. Vishnu Manchu is in the lead role, while Mohanlal and Prabhas are also in lead roles. Akshay Kumar will play the role of Lord Shiva and Kajal Aggarwal is Goddess Parvati. This film made by M. Mohan Babu was shown at the Cannes Film Festival in 2024. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on April 25, 2025.
