Uttarakhand: Promotion to officers in Forest Department before Holi, two IFS officers got gift

Two officers of the Indian Forest Service have been promoted in Uttarakhand. Although the DPC of these officers was already done, but now the order related to the promotion of these officers has been issued at the government level. On the other hand, batches have also been allotted to the officers promoted in the Indian Forest Service.
Two officers of the Indian Forest Service, who were waiting for a long time, have got the gift of promotion. Although the DPC of both these officers was done a long time ago, but the order of promotion could not be issued. Now the Uttarakhand government has given them great good news by issuing the order of promotion of both these officers before Holi.
Two officers of the Indian Forest Service who have got promotion. The names of TR Biju Lal and Sandeep Kumar are included in it. TR Biju Lal is a 2004 batch IFS officer, he has been given notional promotion to the post of Forest Conservator. Although TR Biju Lal is a CCF level officer, but due to investigation in a case, he could not get promotion.
However, during the earlier DPC, his sealed envelope was opened. After this, he got promotion to the post of Conservator of Forest. TR Bijulal got a clean chit in the investigation. On the other hand, 2011 batch IFS officer Sandeep Kumar has also been promoted. At present, Sandeep Kumar is on deputation, he has got proforma promotion.
7 officers of State Forest Service in the Forest Department have also got selection year after being promoted to Indian Forest Service. Five Indian Forest Service officers have been given 2021 selection year, while two officers have got 2023 selection year. Karuna Nidhi Bharti, Umesh Chandra Tiwari, Naveen Chandra Pant, Prakash Chandra Arya and Rangnath Pandey have got 2021 selection year. Similarly, Devi Prasad Baluni and Dhruv Singh Martolia have been given 2023 selection year. The Union Ministry of Forest and Environment has issued a notification in this regard.
