In Uttar Pradesh, Samajwadi Party’s national president Akhilesh Yadav held a press conference in the capital Lucknow. During this, he attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party and CM Yogi Adityanath. On one hand, while he was verbally attacking the policies of BJP, on the other hand, his strategies for the proposed UP assembly elections in the year 2027 were being revealed.

At the SP headquarters in Lucknow, where Akhilesh Yadav talks to the media and workers, for the first time something happened that caught everyone’s attention. In fact, when the SP chief came to hold a press conference on Thursday, March 13, a small statue of Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar was placed next to his mic. This statue attracted everyone’s attention.

Political pundits are linking this move of SP to the elections of the year 2027. Apart from this, on March 15, on the birth anniversary of Kanshiram, SP will organize programs in every district. That is, Akhilesh Yadav will clearly sharpen the strategy of PDA as well as pose a challenge for the opposition. Earlier, whenever Akhilesh held a press conference from this hall of the SP headquarters, nothing like this was ever seen.

This decision was taken after the results of the Lok Sabha elections 2024

However, after the results of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the SP had decided to install the Constitution Mann-Stambh in many districts including Lucknow headquarters. Programs were also held in many districts in the presence of MLAs and workers.

On the reason behind installing the Constitution Mann-Stambh, political experts claimed that the party wants to maintain the momentum of victory on the issue of the Constitution in the Lok Sabha elections.

Challenge for opposition parties as well

Now talking about the picture that came out on Thursday, Akhilesh Yadav is seen challenging not only BSP and BJP but also his ally Indian National Congress through this. In fact, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has been seen with the book of the Constitution for a long time and from almost every platform he has reiterated the demand for caste census. In such a situation, Akhilesh Yadav has not only started preparing new equations in front of BJP with this step but has also posed a challenge to his allies.

Along with Congress, an ally of India Alliance, Akhilesh Yadav has also challenged the strategy of Nagina MP Chandrashekhar Azad’s party and Mayawati’s BSP through these two decisions. Along with Mayawati’s decreasing vote bank election after election, it will be very difficult for Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) national president Chandrashekhar Azad’s party to find a counter to this strategy of the SP chief.
