Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Three accused arrested for setting fire to a restaurant on Holi, there was a dispute over partying

Police have arrested three accused in the case of arson incident in a restaurant on Holi in Vikasnagar area of Dehradun. The accused, along with other friends, carried out the arson incident after a dispute over stopping them from celebrating Holi in the restaurant.
According to the police, Sagar (25) son of Mohan Singh resident of village Fatehpur Grant Herbertpur, police station Sahaspur, district Dehradun, Dinesh Singh Bisht (22) son of Narsingh resident of village Sitalakhet Tehsil Ranikhet district Almora, currently tenant village Jassowala police station Sahaspur district Dehradun, and Ankush Kataria (23) son of Ompal resident Jassowala police station Sahaspur, district Dehradun have been arrested.
This is the case
On the day of Holi (Friday), some youths were partying in his restaurant. Meanwhile, some more youths came to the restaurant. The employees told the youths that the restaurant was already booked. The youths forced the employees to sit in the restaurant. They also said that they would not disturb anyone. But, during the party, the youths of the first party had a dispute with the youths of the second party over something. There was a fierce scuffle between the two parties. The employees informed the restaurant owner about this. On the information of the restaurant owner, the police team reached the spot. Meanwhile, the restaurant owner also reached there.
After convincing both the parties, the police closed the restaurant. The restaurant owner alleges that at around 3:12 in the afternoon, the accused set the restaurant on fire and fled. He told that his restaurant had nine cabins, a hall, a big hall with kitchen, staff room, garden and bamboo boundary wall all around. The restaurant had ration and all other materials. He told that along with the restaurant, a bike kept inside also burnt to ashes.
