Madhya Pradesh: BJP MLA Chintamani Malviya made a big statement referring to Prophet Muhammad- ‘Muslims will never…’
The dispute over Aurangzeb’s grave in Maharashtra, which has been going on for the past few days, has taken a violent turn. After a violent clash between two groups in Nagpur on Monday, stone pelting, arson and vandalism of vehicles took place in the area. Meanwhile, now Madhya Pradesh’s Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Chintamani Malviya has given a controversial statement about Aurangzeb’s grave. He said, ‘The grave is not the basic principle of Islam.’
BJP MLA Chintamani Malviya said, “There is no grave of anyone including Prophet Muhammad. You will not find graves here even in Arabia. The only purpose of making a permanent grave here is to occupy the land. The only purpose here is to occupy the land. Muslims never believe in the grave. It is not there in the Muslim religion and if Hindus do not believe in it, then it should be removed.”
The dispute that has been going on for many days has taken a violent turn
Let us tell you that Aurangzeb was praised by SP MLA Abu Azmi in Maharashtra. Although he later apologized, but since then there has been a continuous controversy in the state regarding Aurangzeb’s tomb, which has now taken a violent turn in Nagpur. Along with this, there is a lot of political rhetoric about Aurangzeb’s tomb. Many leaders have said that Aurangzeb’s tomb should be demolished. There is no place for it on the soil of Maharashtra.
Security increased
Amid threats by right-wing groups to remove the tomb of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district of Maharashtra, security has been increased around it. Police have made registration mandatory for visitors and have sought identity documents from tourists. After the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to remove the tomb, the police have set up several security checkpoints on the route from the entrance of Khultabad city to the grave site.
