On the completion of three years of the government, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a press conference and listed the achievements. Budget is decreasing

Alleged that the BJP cheated them. There was a serious difference between the words and actions of the BJP. Superficial publicity worked to cover up the real questions and things of the public. Migration is the real issue. Every year three to four ghost villages increase. According to the report of the Migration Commission, six dozen villages are on the verge of becoming ghosts.

The former CM said that there was a tremendous imbalance in the development of the state. There is a serious difference between their budget proposal and the actual implementation. Congress always gave importance to district plans. Today their budget is decreasing. Obstacles have been put in spending their budget.

The state of implementation of centrally funded schemes is worrying

Former CM Harish Rawat said that the state of implementation of centrally funded schemes is worrying. The state government has no roadmap for development. The number of danger points in the roads in 2016 has increased three times today. That is why road accidents are increasing. There is no criteria for PMGSY roads. Contractors are working arbitrarily. The roads have become completely potholed. Said that the size is not visible in the per capita income. Where we left the per capita income in 2017, there has been an increase of only 32,000 in eight years.

Attacking the culture of Uttarakhand

Said that the government’s Dhami addition was born from the womb of lies. Earlier, Trivendra Addison was also born out of a lie. He is not from Sanatan either. In Sanatan, family is considered an institution. Marriage is a sanskar in the family. He has attacked that sanskar through live-in. He is attacking the culture of Uttarakhand. The public is suffering the consequences of this. We have imagination. Whenever the people of Uttarakhand have given Congress a chance, Congress has done milestone work. Congress has always worked to improve Uttarakhand.

Corruption, inflation, oppression of Dalits and backward classes

Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya said that corruption, inflation, oppression of women, oppression of Dalits and backward classes took place during BJP rule. An atmosphere of intolerance was seen. In 2017, Uttarakhand had a debt of 35,000 crores which has increased to more than 95,000 crores in eight years. He said that the government will have to answer. After all, what work was done on the ground level with the debt that was imposed. Some work was done on infrastructure, migration, education, health. Around 1762 ghost villages have been built in the state. The state government could not spend 45% of the budget presented this year. Disaster management has a budget of 596 crores. There was continuous damage due to disaster. Only 29 percent was spent on it. Tourism had a budget of 259 crores, out of which only 30 percent was spent. Modern equipment could have been purchased. Energy department spent 40 percent of 581. Social welfare budget of 158 crores was spent only 8.26 percent.

The government attacked the river, women and jobs: Karan Mahara

Congress state president Karan Mahara said that this government has attacked the river, women and jobs. Due to which there is an uproar in the whole of Uttarakhand. He said that a panchayat representative died in police firing in Udham Singh Nagar. Matri Sadan had to lose its saint. Trivendra Rawat had to raise the issue in Parliament. Today private posts have opened at many places. The common man is troubled.

Mahara said that according to the NCRB report, today Uttarakhand ranks first among the Himalayan states. Many leaders are found involved in crimes against women. He said that the situation of providing jobs is such that more than 60,000 posts are vacant. More than 40,000 employees are working under contractors.
