A case of suicide has come to light in Lalkuan police station area of ​​Nainital district. It is being told that 41-year-old Hemchandra Pandey lost about one and a half crore rupees in the share market, due to which Hemchandra Pandey committed suicide in depression.

Hemchandra Pandey lived with his family in village Kishanpur Sakulia of Motahaldu. Hemchandra Pandey’s wife had gone to Delhi with the children for a wedding. Only Hemchandra Pandey’s elderly parents were at home. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, April 9, Hemchandra Pandey committed suicide in the washroom of his room. When the elderly parents also saw the dead body, they were shocked.

As soon as the information of the case was received, the police also reached the spot and after investigation took the body into custody. On receiving the information of Hemchandra Pandey’s death, his wife also reached home from Delhi. It is being told that Hemchandra Pandey’s wife is the HR head in a famous company of SIDCUL.

According to village head Vipin Joshi, Hemchandra Pandey used to work in the share market. Hem had invested crores of rupees of people in the share market. Due to the share market going down, he suffered heavy losses. Meanwhile, Hemchandra Pandey’s father sold his land and returned more than one crore rupees to the debtors, but he went into a lot of depression due to this. Perhaps this is why Hemchandra Pandey committed suicide.

Hemchandra Pandey’s family includes his parents, wife and a son aged 10 years and 14 months. This incident has created a furore in the entire family. All the members are in shock. Halduchaud police station in-charge Shankar Singh Nayal said that after suffering losses in the share market, Hemchandra was mentally disturbed.

After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
