Uttarakhand: Harish Rawat’s Ganga Samman Yatra concludes with Ganga Aarti…

a
The first phase of ‘Ganga Samman Yatra’ of former Chief Minister and veteran Congress leader Harish Rawat has concluded. It concluded by worshiping Ganga ji at Triveni Ghat in Rishikesh. During this, he also participated in Ganga Aarti along with many Congress leaders. On the other hand, BJP and leaders who left Congress and joined BJP are taking a dig at Harish Rawat’s Ganga Samman Yatra. BJP MLA Mahant Dilip Rawat directly questioned Harish Rawat’s journey. He even termed his journey as propaganda for a particular religion.
Let us tell you that former Chief Minister Harish Rawat is talking about exposing the BJP government during this journey. He started this journey from Mukhaba in Uttarkashi. Which concluded at Ganga Ghat in Rishikesh. Through this journey, Harish Rawat awakened his workers and opened a front against the BJP government. This journey is also being linked to the upcoming 2027 assembly elections. Meanwhile, Harish Rawat has given a befitting reply to the jibes on the yatra by the old Congressmen who left Congress and joined BJP and compared them to ‘leeches’.
Harish Rawat has written in a Facebook post that ‘As soon as I went on the yatra, many of my old bitter friends also got work. Their condition in BJP had become so pathetic that it was like the condition of leeches in a cold place. Until it rains, the leech appears very weak and just slurping. The same situation is seen with those people as well. At this time they got some work, I am satisfied that at least due to my excuse, those friends have some relevance in BJP.’
19 lakh rupees reward for the one who shows the statement of Muslim University or the notification of the government gazette: Harish Rawat has also hit back at those who questioned his yatra. He said that ‘BJP’s government is born from the womb of lies. The first lie is that there is a holiday on Friday prayers and the second lie is that if we come to power, we will build a Muslim University.’ He has claimed that ‘if there is any statement of his in any registered newspaper or TV channel or any government gazette notification regarding Muslim University, then BJP should show it, for this he has announced a reward of up to Rs 10 lakh.’ He has also challenged that if BJP shows any such proof, then he will leave politics.
Karan Mahara lashes out at Lansdowne BJP MLA Dilip Rawat
Meanwhile, Congress state president Karan Mahara has supported his visit. First of all, he has targeted Lansdowne MLA Dilip Rawat. He said that Dilip Rawat’s mood is not understandable. Although, he comes from a staunch Congress family, but he contests elections on behalf of BJP. His statements have also been different. Sometimes Dilip Rawat is seen speaking against his own government while giving a statement on the Forest Act.
Dilip Rawat’s eyes on ministerial post
Mahara said that actually the cabinet is to be expanded and five new ministers are to be appointed, on which Dilip Rawat has his eyes. That is why he is speaking something or the other so fiercely. He said that this yatra of Harish Rawat is to expose the lies of BJP. Through the yatra, he is raising the basic problems of all the districts. Through the yatras, Harish Rawat is going everywhere and raising local problems. He said that every leader of the Congress party is doing this work on his own behalf.
