The ongoing dispute over the Congress office in Ramnagar of Nainital district is not coming to an end. In this regard, former Congress MLA Ranjit Singh Rawat has given a big statement. He alleged that a well-planned conspiracy is being hatched against him by the party’s contract killers and a special narrative is being prepared.

‘Contract killers’ are creating an atmosphere against him

Former MLA Ranjit Singh Rawat alleged that after the incident that happened in the past few days, some so-called ‘contract killers’ of the party are together creating an atmosphere against him. Those who themselves are involved in illegal liquor, gambling, betting and extortion are today setting the narrative against me.

Ranjit Rawat named a gang and a particular person and alleged that they are spoiling the atmosphere of Ramnagar. He says that by joining the gang, these people are not only involved in illegal activities. But, they are also the main architects of the Kaladhungi incident. They are the people who have extinguished the light of many houses in Ramnagar. Now, with political patronage, they are spreading fear among traders and the general public.

Serious allegations leveled against the police administration

Former MLA Ranjit Rawat alleged that the action of occupying the Congress office was completely one-sided. The police administration forcibly occupied it without any notice. He said that this entire action has been taken without notice, which is against the law. It will be challenged in the court.

He alleged that the administration has done this occupation in connivance with the anarchist elements of UP. At the same time, Ranjit Singh Rawat held a meeting with his supporters and party workers and made further strategy. He says that this is not only an occupation of the Congress office, but a conspiracy against democracy and law.

Ranjit Rawat said that the traders and common people of Ramnagar should understand that if such people get protection today, then tomorrow any goon will come and occupy someone’s shop and the administration will remain a mute spectator.
