Now Ajay Devgan is coming to raid your house, ‘Raid 2’ will hit OTT on this day

Ajay Devgn’s recently released crime-thriller film ‘Raid 2’ has performed tremendously at the box office. Made at a cost of about 60 crores, this film has earned a net of Rs 169.95 crore in India in just 35 days. While its gross collection from around the world has reached Rs 232.60 crore.

People liked this sequel in the ‘Raid’ franchise so much that the crowd of people watching it in theaters is still not decreasing. The special thing is that Ajay Devgan’s ‘Income Tax Officer’ personality has once again been taken by the audience. Meanwhile, an update has come out regarding the OTT release of this film.

Now that its run in theaters is slowly coming to an end, eyes are fixed on its entry on OTT. If sources are to be believed, ‘Raid 2’ can stream on Netflix from June 27 this month. However, its official announcement has not been made yet. But there is also a discussion that the film can be launched on OTT with a big promotion in the first week of July i.e. on July 4 or 5. ‘Raid 2’ is the second highest grossing film of this year. In such a situation, Netflix wants to make it a grand digital release.

This film, directed by Rajkumar Gupta, stars Ritesh Deshmukh and Vaani Kapoor along with Ajay Devgan. In ‘Raid’ released in 2018, Saurabh Shukla’s house was raided. This time, the black empire of ‘Dada Bhai’ i.e. Ritesh Deshmukh is on Ajay’s target.

Story of the film
Interestingly, Dada Bhai is an honest leader in the eyes of the public. But his network behind the scenes is so powerful that even the government is shaken. The twist in the story comes when Amay Patnaik gets suspended in this case but yet he remains adamant on completing the mission without stopping.
