Bakrid is on Friday, June 6, 2025. In such a situation, banks will remain closed in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram on this occasion. Along with this, on Saturday i.e. June 7, there will be a bank holiday in all places except Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Gangtok, Itanagar and Ahmedabad. This is because it is the first Saturday of the month. In such a situation, there will be a holiday in banks on June 7 (Bank Holiday On Bakrid) on the occasion of Bakrid.
There is no impact on digital services
If you have any banking work between June 6 and 8, then find out in advance whether the banks are open in your city or not. This will prevent you from getting unnecessarily troubled. Usually, banks remain closed at the local level during festivals. However, even after the banks are closed, there is no impact on digital services.
