According to the police, a young man from the locality died some time ago due to drowning in the canal. The family suspected that this drowning incident was not just an accident but a conspiracy, and his neighbor named Sahil was behind it. This suspicion took a horrific turn today, when the deceased’s father allegedly brutally murdered Sahil by slitting his throat.

Heavy police force deployed in the area

As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police team reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. It is being told that the accused surrendered himself after the incident. The accused confessed his crime and said that he killed Sahil to avenge the death of his son. After the incident, there is an atmosphere of panic in the entire locality and the joy of Eid has turned into mourning. Heavy police force is deployed in the area.
