An elderly tourist who had come to visit the queen of mountains, Mussoorie, died due to not getting timely treatment after his health deteriorated. It is being told that the elderly was being taken to the hospital. But due to increased pressure and chaotic traffic during the tourist season, the elderly died before reaching the hospital.

Elderly tourist dies due to being stuck in traffic jam

According to the information, Kamal Kishore Tandon (62) had come to Mussoorie from Delhi with his relatives. His health suddenly deteriorated on Thursday. His family members had just left to take him to the hospital. During this time, there was a huge traffic jam from the library to Gandhi Chowk, Kingreag Marg. They were stuck in the jam for about one and a half hours. By the time they reached the hospital, the elderly had died.

The elderly died due to not getting immediate help

Kamal Kishore’s relatives say that Kamal Kishore probably had a heart attack due to rain and cold. They called for an ambulance, but due to not getting immediate help in Mussoorie, he was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle. The jam was so much that despite the help of the police, the vehicle had difficulties in getting out.
