Today’s sun brought darkness in the lives of many people. On the morning of 15 June, a helicopter crashed in Kedarnath, Uttarakhand, in which 7 people including a 23-month-old girl died. This crash (Uttarakhand helicopter crash) is not just an accident but a predictable system failure. In this news, we are going to tell you how the aviation department and these private companies are playing with our lives together. Let’s go

Helicopter crash in Uttarakhand

Today morning at around 5:30 am, a helicopter took off from Kedarnath to Guptkashi. A few minutes later, this helicopter of Aryan Aviation Company crashed between Gaurikund and Trijuginarayan. A total of 7 people including an innocent were on board, all of whom died.

Now the biggest question is that when there was a weather alert in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand since yesterday and everyone knows how fast the weather changes in Kedarnath, then how did the helicopter take off despite this. The question is also whether the pilot had complete knowledge of the hilly areas or not.

The helicopter belonged to Aryan Aviation

Now to check all this, when we visited the website of Aryan Aviation, we found many surprising things.

When we looked at About Us, there were only names and positions of people. No photos, no other information.

Social media links like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube did not open even after so many clicks. Now you think how a company with such an online presence got permission to fly on routes like Chardham?

Was the background of Aryan Aviation company checked before giving the tender? Does Aryan Aviation have sufficient experience of flying in hilly areas? Have the pilots of Aryan Aviation received training in high-altitude flying? Is any ruling party of Uttarakhand benefiting from allowing Aryan Aviation to fly here?

Heli crashes have happened before as well

By the way, this is not the first heli crash in Uttarakhand, many helicopter crashes have happened before as well. If we look at the crashes of last month:-

  • May 8: Crash near Gangotri – 6 deaths
  • May 12: Helicopter skidded in Badrinath
  • May 17: Emergency landing of a heli ambulance
  • On June 7, the helicopter had to make an emergency landing in Barasu
  • Now on June 14, 7 deaths have occurred

Even now, like the previous accidents, there is talk of making an SOP for today’s accident. There is talk of forming a technical committee, there is also talk of reviewing the heli services. But this was also said after the Uttarkashi accident.

When will they learn a lesson? Helicopters are crashing every day
For the plane crash that happened near Gangotri, the government had said that a team of experts from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation will investigate it. For which the DGCA and the Civil Aviation team had also investigated. But no report was found for the May 8 crash.

No report has been made public about this till date. All these investigations, as usual, remain just a formality of the accidents. Now it is natural for questions to arise that why nothing has been learnt from the accidents that have happened in Uttarakhand so far?
