DM’s driver’s daughter murdered in UP; Kalpita’s brother got married four years ago, Bhabhi has been living separately for 6 months

Investigation is on into the murder of the daughter of the District Magistrate’s driver in Hathras. No clue has been found yet about the accused who absconded after committing the murder. At the same time, the DM’s driver has made serious allegations against the daughter-in-law. In fact, the deceased girl Kalpita’s brother Vishal was married to Jyoti, a resident of Khonda Hazari in the city, four years ago in the year 2021. There has been a dispute between the couple since 2024. Jyoti has been living separately from her husband for the last six months.

The divorce case between the two is also pending in the court for a year. Rakesh Sharma, posted as the driver of the District Magistrate, has a family of wife Urmila, eldest son Vishal (25) and third son Akash (21).

Daughter Kalpita (24) was the second. The eldest son Vishal has a grocery shop in his ancestral village Darshana, while the younger son Akash is studying BA. Kalpita’s marriage was not fixed yet. The whole family lives together.

The family members were upset after the elder son’s dispute with his wife. However, they had no idea that this dispute would take away the happiness of their home. The whole family is in shock after this incident.

The family opposed the daughter-in-law’s relationship with Gulshan

In the FIR of the incident, Rakesh Sharma has said that his daughter-in-law Jyoti had a close and immoral relationship with the accused Gulshan, which we opposed. Jyoti has also filed a divorce case. Due to this, Gulshan had a grudge against our family. Gulshan has committed the murder along with Jyoti, Shyam alias Suraj, Naveen. Naveen was driving the Bullet and Gulshan fired the shot. Shyam is Jyoti’s aunt’s son.

In Hathras, on Saturday evening at around 7.30 pm, Kalpita Sharma alias Tinkle (24), daughter of the DM’s driver, who was going to the market with her mother on a scooter, was shot dead. The bullet pierced the arm and entered the lungs. The youths riding the Bullet have committed this daring crime. Kalpita was a nurse in the government hospital of Mathura. The deceased’s father alleges that his son Vishal’s wife Jyoti got this murder done by her friend. In this crime, a revolver stolen from their house was used.

The family of DM’s driver Rakesh Sharma lives in the tehsil premises. On Saturday evening around 7:30, Kalpita was going to the market on a scooty with her mother Urmila for shopping. SP Chiranjeevnath Sinha said that according to the information received so far, Kalpita was driving the scooty and her mother was sitting behind. When both of them reached the gate of Sadar Tehsil, a Bullet coming from behind overtook them and the youth sitting behind shot Kalpita.

As soon as the bullet hit, Kalpita fell down with the scooty. Mother Urmila shouted. People nearby also ran, but by then both the attackers riding the Bullet had fled. The girl soaked in blood was taken to the district hospital, where doctors declared her dead. The deceased’s father Rakesh Sharma has accused his son’s wife.

He has told the police that the family has been at loggerheads with his son Vishal’s wife Jyoti for the past one year. She left the house six months ago. He has accused Jyoti of getting Kalpita killed by her friend. He has also told the police that the licensed revolver stolen from the house seven months ago was used in this incident.

A case of revolver theft was also registered against Jyoti’s relative Shyam alias Suraj, resident of Khonda Hazari. The deceased’s mother, who was present with her daughter at the time of the incident, has accused a youth named Gulshan Bhardwaj, resident of Saadabad, of shooting her. A complaint has been filed against Gulshan and his cousins ​​Naveen, Jyoti and Shyam alias Suraj.
