America may soon enter the war between Israel and Iran. US President Donald Trump has approved the plan to attack Iran. American newspaper Wall Street Journal has given this information quoting three sources. However, before giving the final order, Trump is waiting to see whether Iran will give up its nuclear program or not. Earlier, when Trump was asked about the attack on Iran, he left open the possibility of America joining the Israeli military action.

Trump gave a statement on military action

Trump told reporters at the White House on military action against Iran, ‘I can do this, I can also not do this. I mean no one knows what I am going to do.’ Earlier, Israeli media outlet Jerusalem Post reported that US Central Command (CENTCOM) commander General Michael Kurilla met President Trump and presented him military options regarding Iran.

Message of unconditional surrender to Iran

Donald Trump has asked Iran to surrender unconditionally. He said, ‘Next week is going to be very big, maybe less than a week.’ Trump also said that ‘We know where Khamenei is hiding. We can take him out (kill him), but we will not do it right now.’ The Jerusalem Post report said that Trump had reportedly arranged a meeting with Iranian Foreign Ministry officials on Wednesday.

The New York Times quoted a senior Iranian Foreign Ministry official as saying that Iran would soon accept President Trump’s offer to meet soon. President Trump has said that the talks will focus on Iran’s nuclear program, while Foreign Ministry officials said that Iran is ready to discuss a ceasefire with Israel. Earlier on Wednesday, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei rejected Trump’s demand for unconditional surrender. He warned that if the US attacked Iran, it would suffer heavy losses.

Russia offers mediation

Meanwhile, on Wednesday evening, Russian President Vladimir Putin commented on the Israel and Iran war. The Russian President said that the hostility between Iran and Israel should end. He also said that Russia has conveyed its views to its allies in the region about preventing the conflict from escalating. Putin said, ‘I think it would be right for all parties in this conflict to find ways to compromise with each other.’ Earlier, the Kremlin had suggested that Russia could mediate between Iran and Israel. Putin told Reuters that he believes Iranians are uniting in support of their leadership.
