Uttarakhand / Dehradun: One arrested with 60 tetra packs of liquor

Sahaspur police station arrested a person from Tiprapur with 60 tetra packs of country liquor. Police have registered a case against the accused under the Excise Act. Station in-charge Shankar Singh Bisht said that on Wednesday evening the police team was patrolling the area. On the way from Sabhawala to Tiprapur, the police saw a person standing with a white plastic bag. Upon suspicion the police personnel checked the person. Tetra packs along with country liquor were found in the bag. The person told his name as Mamaraj, a resident of Tiprapur in the police station area. The station in-charge said that a case has been registered against the accused under the Excise Act.
