Uttarakhand / Pauri: Swati S. Bhadoria reached DM office, gave instructions to the officers, said negligence will not be tolerated

Pauri’s newly appointed District Magistrate Swati S. Bhadoria took charge on Sunday. On the very first day after assuming the DM’s chair on Monday, Swati S. Bhadoria reached the Collectorate office and inspected various desks.

Negligence in office work will not be tolerated: DM

The DM instructed the officers and employees that any kind of negligence in office work will not be tolerated. All officers and employees should keep the register organized. Also, correspondence should be done compulsorily through e-office system.

Officers and employees will not leave the headquarters without prior permission: DM

During the inspection, the DM instructed that no officer or employee will leave the headquarters without prior permission. He instructed the Additional District Magistrate to provide daily information about all the personnel who are on leave or field duty. The DM laid special emphasis on timely disposal of all files.

DM inspected CM helpline

District Magistrate Swati S. Bhadoria also inspected CM Helpline, Land Records, Right to Information Desk, Authority Section and other sections. During this, he took information about the work from the concerned employees and gave necessary instructions.

Pauri gets a woman DM after 48 years

It is worth noting that Pauri district has once again got a woman DM after a long gap of 48 years. Jyoti Pandey became the first woman DM of the district in the year 1976-77. Now Pauri has got its second woman DM in the form of Swati S. Bhadoria.
