The incident took place on June 25. According to the police, Wajid Ali (60), son of Jijuddin, had a dispute with his nephew Manish (28) and other family members over keeping grass on the boundary of the field. Which soon turned into a fight. Wajid’s nephew Manish pressed his face into the mud and beat him badly. After which Wajid’s health deteriorated.
