Uttarakhand: Ganesh Joshi held a review meeting regarding the preparations for Kargil Vijay Diwas, gave these instructions

Sainik Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi reviewed the preparations for Kargil Vijay Diwas (Shaurya Diwas) to be celebrated on 26th July at the Directorate of Sainik Welfare in Dehradun. He held a meeting with the officials of the Sainik Welfare Department. In the meeting, the minister directed the officials to complete the preparations for all the programs to be organized on the occasion of Shaurya Diwas on time and with grandeur.

Sainik Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi said that Kargil Vijay Diwas is not only a symbol of the valor and sacrifice of the Indian Army, but it is also a festival of our respect and gratitude towards the nation. The minister directed the officials to celebrate Shaurya Diwas with respect and enthusiasm in every district of the state. Also, the outline of the programs should be prepared effectively at the local level.

Brave soldiers and their families will be honored in the Kargil war

The minister said that Chief Minister Dhami will attend the main state level program to be organized at Gandhi Park in Dehradun as the chief guest. During this, the family members of the brave soldiers of Uttarakhand who were martyred in the Kargil war, brave women and brave mothers will be honored. Instructing the officials, the minister said that respect, dignity and discipline should be properly included in every aspect of the event. All preparations should be completed in a systematic manner under an action plan.
