A painful road accident in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh happened due to the negligence of the Bolero driver. The speed of the Bolero was uncontrollable. Due to this, the driver lost control of the steering and suddenly the car overturned. The accident was so severe that the sound reached far away, people came to the spot, but could not help because the damaged Bolero was stuck to the wall. When the police arrived, the dead bodies and the injured were taken out of the Bolero. SP Krishna Kumar Vishnoi has given this information. He said that he had reached the spot after the accident. He also took information about the accident from the common people along with the police.

The SP told that according to the eyewitnesses, the accident happened due to the negligence of the driver. The speed of the Bolero was high. Suddenly it collided with the wall of the college. Eight people have lost their lives in this horrific accident, one injured is undergoing treatment, whose condition is critical.

The condition of the three-year-old girl is fine. Five people died on the spot. The police had found Aadhar cards at the spot. Through that, the information was conveyed to the victim’s family.

SP told that when police reached the spot after the accident, Bolero was pulled away from the wall by a crane. After this, the doors of Bolero were cut by a machine. Then the dead bodies and the injured were taken out. First they were admitted to CHC and later referred to Aligarh.

If treatment was received immediately, many lives could have been saved

The distance between the accident site and the police station is about 400 meters. The accident happened at around 7:30 pm. Police immediately reached the spot on information. Passersby kept trying to help till the police arrived. When the police arrived, the injured were taken to CHC. Five people had died on the spot. Five people were writhing in pain.

It took about 40 minutes between the accident and getting treatment. Villagers said that if these injured had received immediate treatment, many lives could have been saved. Due to the accident being severe, everyone lost a lot of blood. People are considering excessive bleeding and deep wounds as the cause of death.

MLA’s son and former MLA consoled the family

After the accident, MLA Gunnaur Ramkhiladi Yadav’s son Akhilesh Yadav reached the CHC after getting the information and consoled the injured and their families and assured them of all possible help. Meanwhile, former MLA Ajit Kumar alias Raju Yadav also reached the spot and inquired about the incident and consoled the families of the deceased and the injured.

On the other hand, CMO Dr. Tarun Pathak along with Naib Tehsildar Bablu Kumar and Anuj Kumar reached the CHC and inquired. Superintendent of Police Krishna Kumar Vishnoi inspected the spot.

The baraat had left half an hour before the groom’s departure, perhaps that is why the driver increased the speed

The baraat had left from village Hargovindpur at around 6:30 pm. The baraatis had left in 11 vehicles but due to preparations and rituals, the groom’s departure was delayed. After 7 o’clock, the groom and his family left in the car and the accident happened after about 700 meters near Junawai.

It is believed that the driver had increased the speed to catch up with the vehicles of the wedding procession. Due to this, he kept increasing the speed and lost control and the accident happened. The villagers told that the wedding procession was to go to village Sirsaul of Bilsi tehsil of Badaun. Which is about 50 kilometers away from Hargovindpur. It is considered to be an hour’s journey by car.

All the vehicles of the wedding procession had left earlier, so the driver had increased the speed. Because the vehicles of the wedding procession could reach only till village Dahkma, about 20 kilometers away. When the wedding procession was informed about the accident, all the vehicles returned from the way. Relatives and family members were inconsolable. There was mourning in the village too.

Eight killed including the groom in UP

On Friday evening at around 7:30 pm, the Bolero of the baraatis lost control and collided with the wall of the inter college on Meerut-Badaun road. Eight people including the groom Suraj Pal (20) died in the accident. The deceased also include the groom’s sister, aunt, cousin and relatives.

Sukhram, a resident of Hargovindpur village of Junawai police station area of ​​Sambhal, had arranged the marriage of his son Suraj in Sirsaul village of Bilsi police station area of ​​​​Badaun district. On Friday evening, the baraat was going to Sirsaul village. 11 vehicles of the baraatis had already left for Sirsaul. One Bolero was left behind, in which 10 people including the groom were riding.

On the way, the Bolero collided with the wall of Janta Inter College located in Junawai. The collision was so severe that the Bolero was blown to pieces. All the people in the car were seriously injured. The villagers somehow took the injured out of the Bolero and took them to the CHC.

Doctors declared the groom Suraj Pal (20), his sister Komal (15), aunt Asha (26), cousin Aishwarya (3), cousin Sachin (22), resident of Hingwadi in Bulandshahr, Sachin’s wife Madhu (20), cousin Ganesh (2), father Deva, resident of Khurja in Bulandshahr, driver Ravi (28), resident of the village, dead. While seriously injured Himanshi and Deva have been admitted to Aligarh.

As soon as the news of the accident was received, there was chaos in the wedding house. Family members and relatives also reached the accident site. Sambhal SP Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that the accident happened due to high speed. The Bolero collided with the wall of the college.
