CM Devendra Fadnavis, while reacting to the rally of Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray on Saturday (July 5), had termed the speech of the former Chief Minister as ‘Rudali’. Shiv Sena UBT MP Sanjay Raut has now retaliated on this.

‘You are scared of both Thackeray brothers’

Sanjay Raut, while talking to the media on Sunday (July 6), said, “The public knows everything, that is why they came yesterday. The public knows everything about how much of a liar you are. That is why the public came in lakhs yesterday Mr. Fadnavis! And came on the issue of Marathi. You have panicked. You are scared of both Thackeray brothers, this is now clear. What is Rudali, now your Rudali is about to start, it has started.” ‘We have come together for politics’

Further, he said, “Why did Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis come together? What great idea have you come together with? Yes, if you say that both brothers have come together for politics, then understand that we have come together for politics. This politics is for the benefit of Marathis in Maharashtra.”

On the language dispute, he said, “The southern states have been fighting on this issue for years. Their role today is not to not impose Hindi on us. But this means that we will not speak Hindi at all. We will not speak Hindi and will not let anyone speak Hindi in our state. This is not our role.”

The Shiv Sena UBT MP said that our role is that we will not allow the strictness of Hindi in primary schools. We have achieved a victory in this struggle and Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin has congratulated us on our victory. We will definitely congratulate him.

‘We have not banned anyone from speaking Hindi in Maharashtra’
