Uttarakhand: BJP government is taking credit for implementing UCC, the first violator is also their former MLA – Karan Mahara

Politics is intensifying on the matter of second marriage of former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore with a Saharanpur actress. Many videos and photos of both of them are also dominating the social media. On June 23, the BJP state organization issued a notice to Suresh Rathore and on June 24, former MLA Suresh Rathore gave his reply to the party organization. During this, he described himself as a dedicated soldier of the party. However, the party leadership was not satisfied with his reply and he was expelled from the party for 6 years. Congress has surrounded the BJP and the state government on this issue.

Former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore, who is surrounded by UCC i.e. Uniform Civil Code, may have been expelled from the party for 6 years, but the main opposition party Congress does not want to let this issue go out of hand. Congress state president Karan Mahara says that the Dhami government, which implemented UCC, has its own leaders behaving indecently and flouting the Uniform Civil Code. He said that the Pushkar Dhami government is taking credit for implementing the UCC, but its first violation was done by a former BJP MLA.

In such a situation, the involvement of BJP leaders in women harassment and exploitation and giving government protection has been among the priorities of the Dhami government. Mahara alleged that in fact the BJP leaders themselves are openly flouting the UCC. Let us tell you that Suresh Rathore had publicly confessed to marrying Anamika. Now in the coming days, Congress is going to make it a big issue. Rathore came into the limelight due to his second marriage to Saharanpur resident actress Urmila Sanawar.
