There are constant reports of conflicts between BJP MLAs and officials. The way BJP MLAs of Kanpur region wrote letters amid the battle between CMO and DM in Kanpur was much discussed. Now in Aligarh, UP, BJP MLA has written a letter directly to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath against the CMO.

Aligarh city BJP MLA Mukta Raja opened a front against the district CMO Dr Neeraj Tyagi and wrote a letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath levelling serious allegations against him.

Aligarh BJP MLA against District Medical Officer

Bharatiya Janata Party MLA from Aligarh city assembly seat Mukta Raja has sent a letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath levelling serious allegations against CMO Dr Neeraj Tyagi. In the letter, CMO Aligarh has been accused of being involved in corruption. BJP MLA says that the condition of health facilities in the district is worsening instead of improving.

Patients are being admitted to private hospitals

The MLA has written in the letter that brokers standing outside the district hospital and health centers are getting patients admitted to private hospitals for expensive treatment. CMO is not taking any action on all this. It seems as if all this is going on in the district with his support.

The BJP MLA has written in the letter, CMO is spending his time in helping private hospitals flourish instead of saving government hospitals. He gets a huge commission for this. At the end of the letter, BJP MLA Mukta Raja demanded CM Yogi Adityanath to remove Aligarh CMO and wrote that he has been in the district for many years, and everyone is well aware of his performance.

What did the CMO say?

Regarding the allegations against him, CMO Dr Neeraj Tyagi said, work is being done in public interest with priority in order to the instructions of the government. The allegations should be investigated. I have not done anything wrong.
