During this time, the aggressive opposition will try to corner the government on US President Donald Trump’s claim that he mediated to prevent a nuclear war between India and Pakistan and got them to agree on a ceasefire. India, on the other hand, has categorically stated that it had halted its operation after direct talks between the Directors General of Military Operations (DGMOs) of the two countries.

The Lok Sabha Secretariat has listed a special discussion on Operation Sindoor in its agenda for Monday. Special discussions held occasionally in the past to mark the 75th year of adoption of the Constitution are not guided by any specific rule of the House.
