On the other hand, if we talk about veteran cricketers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shreyas Iyer, then the selectors did not give them a place in the team.

Eight teams are participating in the Asia Cup. They have been divided into groups of four each. While Group A has UAE and Oman apart from India and Pakistan. Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka are in Group B. India’s Asia Cup journey will start from September 10. The match between India and Pakistan will be played on September 14.
