Priyanka Negi, Gram Pradhan of Sarkot, Chamoli’s Adarsh Gaon, met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami in Gairsain on Wednesday. Let us tell you that Priyanka became the youngest Pradhan. During the meeting, Priyanka expressed her gratitude to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for the approval and start of work on the road from Bhararisain to Sarkot and various development works done in Sarkot in the past.
Priyanka made various demands from CM Dhami for Sarkot village
Priyanka requested CM Dhami to arrange solar fencing for protection from wild animals in the village, good arrangement of internal routes connecting the village, connect the women of the village with self-employment to make them empowered and self-reliant, arrange solar lights on the village roads and appoint a pediatrician and gynecologist in Gairsain, the nearest community health center from the village.
CM Dhami assured to solve the problems
Congratulating the Gram Pradhan of Sarkot, Chief Minister Dhami said that all the problems informed by him will be properly resolved. The Chief Minister said that instructions have been given to the concerned departmental officers and the district administration to resolve all these problems. He said that Sarkot will become a model for other villages of the state as well.
