According to the forecast issued by the Director of Meteorological Department Vikram Singh, there is a possibility of rain in Dehradun, Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh districts on August 20. In view of this, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert. Along with this, people traveling in hilly districts have been appealed to be cautious.
